Rabbit Acupuncture - A Practical Course - 30th & 31st March 2025

Western Veterinary Acupuncture for acute/chronic pain and other diseases of rabbits
Dr Krissy Greene presents a unique and exciting new course, opening up a potentially potent and relatively safe treatment technique for rabbits, based on neurophysiological principles and anatomical guidance for point finding.
The course covers how acupuncture works; commonly used acupuncture points; acupuncture for ileus; myofascial pain; dental; aural and dermatological disease.
The course will feature a mix of presentation, work with cadavers, group discussion and case studies.
The course is suitable for:
Vets and vet nurses*. This is a logical follow on for those who have already done a Foundation Course in acupuncture, but is suitable for any vet or nurse who wishes to explore and practise this technique safely and competently in rabbits.
* Registered VNs are able to practise acupuncture as a Schedule 3 procedure. They must be directed by a veterinary surgeon trained in acupuncture and there must be a vet on the premises when the nurse performs acupuncture on a patient. Please refer to the RCVS guidelines.
